The novel software technology platform Pharos Navigator® was selected for the implementation of new advanced Use Case “Smart Hospital” in the H2020 Excel project BRAINE. The PharosN IoT platform radically changes the methodology and approach toward rapid development of AI/Bigdata/IoT/blockchain - driven Intelligent Digital Twin applications for healthcare making it agile, flexible and adaptive to change. The new solution being developed by our partner company IMC.SK, will provide the prototype for assisted living / remote healthcare that complements and stretches the practical implementation of Smart Hospital and Smart Caregiving in the hospital wards. It enables the collection of data streams provided by various heterogeneous medical IoT, diagnostic systems and wearables of the individual patients in the wards, homes and rooms in the hospital/healthcare/caregiving centers via common wireless networks and its continuous analysis for identification of the ongoing status of each patient health, its predicted change and automatic notifications of the caregivers in case of negative events or trends. 

The BRAINE EMDC platform with Healthcare Assisted Living software will support a new level of intelligent medical care services that is more advanced, secure, safe, reliable, GDPR compliant and allow  extend the care to homes  providing cost-effective solution for a wide range of healthcare, caregiving, health insurance organisations and various patients in the EU.
